We stayed three nights and only received clean towels on the 3rd night. One person told us that after two nights you got fresh sheets. We came back late on the third day and our room still had not been made up or cleaned. We were out of towels, soap, trash bags and coffee. They said you had to throw your towels in the hall to get fresh ones. The hotel was very clean and nice but this was a real turn off because nothing was written or posted anywhere that told the conditions of staying more than one night.

It didn't so they checked me in at the same rate boookin.com offered. I paid with my credit card. Then I checked out two days later they still had not communicatins for you.
